Fibre Disc: uses ceramic as the abrasive material providing a longer life, and more aggressive grains with an improved self-sharpening effect
High Performance: benefits fibre discs offer are the elasticity of the backing (resulting in excellent adaptability), a fine and uniform scratch pattern, and affordable price. Use in high-pressure grinding applications such as medium to heavy-duty stock removal
Application: well-suited for edge chamfering, machining grooves, beveling, and removing carbon steel welds, mill scale, pits, and imperfections. Recommended for blending large and small areas of metal surfaces
Durability: constructed with a heavy vulcanized fibre back, fibre discs are coated with abrasive grains and bonded with a tough, heat resistant resin. This results in a durable, cool and fast cutting action
