Product Details

Compatibility: Designed to be a compatible cartridge with Delta RP32014 shower cartridge. The RP31204 is designed to operate Delta 1700 Series & 1500 Series Monitor Valves prior to 2006. This cartridge is a direct replacement for the obsolete Delta cartridge RP16207
Easy Installation: Install your new valve in 7 easy steps 1) Shut off water to faucet valve 2) Remove handle index button or set screw 3) Remove handle screw with a screwdriver, turning counter clockwise 4) Remove retaining nut by turning counter clockwise 5) Pull out old cartridge, remove debris 6) Grease and insert new components 7) Reinstall retaining nut and handle (General instructions on faucet cartridge replacement, additional steps may be required)
Functionality: Designed with quality & durability in mind by precision faucet cartridge makers. This cartridge precisely mixes hot and cold water for the correct temperature and pressure.
Dimensions: The RP32104 mixing & balancing cartridge measures 3.4” (102mm) in length without adapters, and 1.5” (38mm) in width. Intensely tested by the manufacturer to ensure the cartridge can meet the demand of your shower.
Value: Economical valve versus replacing the entire valve. The RP32104 compatible cartridge is a tremendous valve and provides the correct part to fixing your plumbing issues. The RP32104 is a great part to use for either the plumbing professional or a DIYer with a compatible valve body installed already.
Other Components: The unique style of the RP32104 is very specific to the Delta Monitor valves prior to 2006. The Mixing and Pressure balance cartridge has a “Delex” Shaped broach, and multiple handle adapters/extensions to replace the obsolete cartridge, RP16207. The handle for this cartridge utilizes a two adjustment system, one for temperature control and one for pressure control, both are housed in a single handle.
